I'm running for like 2 hours tonight.
I just had a bowl of Dairy Ice Cream, the creamy farm made fatty kind
OMG FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
I feel like absolute shit for having that slice of cake. Im gonna go throw that bitch up
FUck I just ran to the bathroom to see if I can still see my abs! They're disappearing
I'm cutting I guess....I have no knife, but yes I am in the process of losing some bodyfat (and probably some lean mass with it v.allnatty)
this is what I ate last sunday
breakfast: all you can eat buffet (biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, pancakes mainly)
Lunch: All you can eat pizza buffet (somewhere in the neighborhood of 10trips at 2-3 slices a trip)
2nd Lunch: Coldstones love it size cake batter and brownie + protein shake
Dinner: Triple Cheese Burger x 2 + fries and lemonade
2nd Dinner: Protein Shake + 2 pb and honey sando's
I don't do this daily but shit I don't worry about it when I do....you can always take it out the other end (burn the calories)

So you ate like shit the whole day but did have one protein shake. Good luck seeing your abs in the future.
This is what I ate today (I'm normally MUCH stricter but fuck they bought food in today)
10:30- 4-cups of oatmeal for breakfast+ skim milk
1:30 - banana
3:30 - 4 chicken breast in portobello sauce with 2 cups of penne
5:30 - a piece of cake
8:30 - preworkout 12 egg whites
12:30 - post workout 3 tsp of natty PB and a cup of gatorade

Today I had....tuna with mayo and pickles and celery chopped up and mixed in on a single piece of whole wheat bread........and a large cup of campbells chicken noodle soup.
And some diet coke with splenda.
There's a bunch of tasty looking microwave meals in my fridge that are getting REALLY tempting.

Eating lie shit does nto effect weight loss, i did super clean, and really shitty, and it never really amde a differenece..
all I was trying to say is that even with a day like that I am still getting leaner
I run sprints 2 times a week and long distance once
I roll for 2-3 hours (pretty much non stop) 3 times a week
I do 6-9 2-3 minute rounds straight on bags and thai pads + sparring 3-5 rounds x 2wice a week
oh yeah I lift 3-5 times a week too
my diet is a basic clean rotational diet most days...but if I wanna get drunk or eat pie I do.....I burn enough calories to make up for it
