My gym doesnt have a setup. And I dont have a spotter.
Any suggestions for a setup?
I do them on the ground in the power rack with an airex mat under my knees
How do your knees feel? I was thinking of doing them like this...
I kinda wanna change my user title to 315 is the new 225.
hook your feet under the lat pulldown knee pads, put a box down where your hands will fall and do it that way. Works for me.
