Her bf left her a few months ago because apparently he's married and now has a child. So of course she's super upset all the time, and just sitting arround and getting fatter. I'd like to get her into some cardio, she was educated in culinary arts and manages a restaurant, so she can eat well and healthy, as long as I get her away from the brei. She made a bad ass tuna nocoise salad llast night. She needs to lose about 35lb and she would be totally fucking smokin, I just don't know how to get her started putting some work in. I know she'd feel better, and dude's would go fucking crazy over her if she lost the spare tire. Any tips on getting her to get her ass in the gym?
