In the last 2 weeks or so that I've been bulking, I've gained about 6 pounds of weight eating 4000 cals/day. I've also regained the strength that I lost over break. So, I weigh 154, and I can once again bench 225 five times. I am VERY impatient to get my weight back up past 160, which is why I have been bulking so fast. If I can reach 165, I will have enough mass and strength (at this rate) to start cutting fat. My question is, am I being too hasty? So far no one would say I am fat, but how can I tell if I'm gaining fat faster than muscle? I don't want to have a huge gut in 4 week's time. Should I reduce to 3800? Please tell me if I have not given enough information.
