I cut my calories to 2000-2500. Started training 5 days a week no excuses. Today I find you a man of 257 lbs. More energetic and alive then I have ever been. Still fat yes but losing more by the day. My strength has increased to levels I could never dream of and I'm not out of breath from doing the things I used to. You guys have been a huge help. Admittedly I've been using thermorexin and myoplex mrp's. Thermo for my metabolisim and the myo to keep the nutrients and protein in my diet. The guys at anafit especially mike . I'm still a little shy about taking pictures. I've also learned the scale and height weight isnt everything so I'm going to start measuring progress by bf% and strength gains.
