I've been stuck at 205 for the past 6 months and I can't seem to get past that barrier. My goal has been 225 for awhile, but I don't think I'm gonna be able pass it anytime soon. I've worked on my form by watching youtube videos and I think have it down pretty good. I even asked some people at my gym and they said my form was good. This is a recent pic of me: 6"4, 200 pounds. Also, I've been eating a lot to b/c I heard that could help me in the gym as well. My diet has been really clean. I take whey protein+creatine+200mg of caffiene pre-workout and 2 scoops of whey post workout. Any help?
