I ate like 3 cups of oatmeal today, i am going to shit myself. I have no appetite whatsoever.
i do that daily and am still hungry
there are other things that you could eat that arent as filling

I really thought I could pound down a lot of food. Or at least I used to be able too. But today was my first day really letting loose and eating a lot all day. Makes me feel lethargic. I guess thats why people eat so much more caloric dense food or get liquid nutrition.
exactly, even with liquids I feel lethargic as hell at high amounts of calories. People underestimate how hard it is to eat high amounts of calories every day

a box of oats has 4500 cals for about 1.50 and its wayyy better for you.
