You guys keep pissing on about the faggots who bench/curl exclusively, and I agree, but we all have our chest and arms day(s) each week. Maybe we all look like homo's hitting the gym 'cause it's new year I looked around the gym today (leg day for me) a few people were hitting legs too, but 75% of the gym wasnt. Most were on cardio machines or doing bench/shoulders/arms/back exersises. Unless they were in awsome shape I couldnt tell who was a "frat boy" and who was trying to improve their whole body. how do you guys pick it out? I'm not in terrible shape, but if you saw me doing curls on arm day you would think I was one of the "tools" like everyone else, and I might think the same about you.
