How do you guys get over a bad day at the gym?

    Between being extremely tired today and recently being off my creatine cycle for a few weeks, today was an absolutely terrible day at the gym. I tweaked my shoulder doing decline bench on monday, today we did back/biceps and had no energy, couldn't move weight for shit.

    What's the best way to get over a shitty day at the gym? :hsd:

    you probably didn't run a good enough PCT regiment when coming off the creatine and your test has dropped dramatically

    buy some aifm stat

    He was kidding, you don't need that shit for a "cycle of creatine", just like me he was dogging you for making it sound like some hardcore drug.

    And PCT = post cycle therapy, products and procedures to help your body resume normal operations after a cycle of anabolic-androgenic steroids and AIFM is a product sold by theafstore.

    Fix yourself in the gym. If you are doing a maximum effort day, immediately switch up and do Higher reps with lower wieghts to maek up for it
