I read an article about functional training in which it was suggested to try various exercise standing on a stability ball. What the fuck? It even said the trainer could do one arm presses with 100 lb dumbbells while on said stability ball. Double what the fuck? I tried just for shits and giggles and nearly end up with a concussion. I'm calling bullshit unless proven otherwise. It said stability ball too, not a bosu ball. I could see that on a bosu ball, but full on stability ball just seems rediculously impossible.
