Sup F&N. I've recently started going to the gym with a buddy of mine. I wake up 530-600 am to get to this gym at 7 and work my ass off until 8 (and now that I'm starting summer classes at 9 am, it has to be done by 8) I'm a small guy. About 5'5/5'6, and I weigh 120. I'm not looking to be BB big over night and I understand this will take dedication but hell man I'm ready to commit. I'm just having trouble finding out and figuring out whats up with the food intake and other factors. I'm really new to fitness, I've always had friends and family involved in it but never became a part of being fit myself and now I'm tired of being the weak skinny dude, not that I have anything against skinny dudes but change is in order. So f&n crew, I'm ready for you to pump (clap) me up! Lay it on me.
