Just looking for new things to do... my ab sessions are getting boring

    Side bends: 70 3X8

Then i move onto i guess... 3 sets of a superset of abs

    Leg Raises
    Crunches
    Oblique Crunches

    Rest 60 seconds

    Reverse crunches
    alternating crunches

    Rest 45 seconds

    V-crunches
    Static Hold

Decline bench holding 35 lbs for two sets. Also use the tricep pulldown things but hold them behind my head and crunch down for two sets. Then I do some side bends with the 35 lbs on the lower back thing.
