Lunch - 6" chicken breast sub, broccoli
Snack - V8 juice, apple
Post-workout - 6oz. 1% milk, 1 scoopwhey, 1 scoop creatine
Dinner - 6" chicken breast sub, broccoli
+ multivitamin & fish oil
