not as fucked as the people who drive their cars
I like your av
NISSAN SITTIN' PRETTY, BITCHES
Remember when Audi 5000(?) gas pedals were getting stuck in the 80s and people were getting run over?
btw, don't people know if your accelerator gets stuck, you put the car in neutral?
Or is that not the case with Toyota?
don't those foos realize all they have to do is bring back the supra and all will be forgiven
It's a hit, but in the grand scheme of things not a big deal and they will recover from it.
As long as they fix their shit and get outta this mess with the government I don't see why they can't turn it around.
Hopefully Corollas will drop in price. Corolla LE with automatic windows, AC and maybe power mirror
Great first cars, but as a daily, Camry or Solara > Corolla
would it be bad if i asked what happened?
They have a great track record up until now and they still make decent cars. They are still 10x better than Nissan
cause i didn't know there was anything wrong with them.
it's nothing they can't recover from. consumers should see this as a chance to get a great deal on a toyota instead of running away from them.
Gas pedals get stuck, cars crash.
They are gonna pay heavily, but they will be fine.
Must be living under a rock.
They will recover and take over the government.
You heard it here first.
The Japanese government already has high stakes in Toyota, amirite?
i was thinking this was something that would blow over fast, but the fact that they have these internal documents coming out saying they negotiated the recalls to save millions is really making them look bad. if you have a problem and respond to it immediately, the public forgives quickly. if you have a problem and start negotiating, looking for workarounds etc, the public wont give you their trust back as easily.
they will recover, but this is a pretty big dent to their image.
