Damn, I don't want to live that long, how can I speed up the process?
drugs alcohol fast food and driving without a seatbelt ftw
Blood pressure is not good, you take the highest of the 2 to determine if it is high or not. 80-89 is prehypertension and 90-99 is stage 1 for diastolic. Now you want to have it taken on 2 separate occations separated by 3 days and make sure you have been sitting or resting for 15 minutes
Good to know. The BP and pulse was taken after 5 minutes of rest after climbing some stairs. I'll check that out next time.
drink, smoke, shots, etc. or just kill your self

Run a mile and tell us your time.
I thought I was healthy at being 110 lbs and at 8% bf until I joined wrestling a couple years ago. I remember going into the first practice thinking that I will be able to keep up with them. What an eye-opener, how much you weight and your body fat won't really show much if you don't test your body.
I'm a guy.
are you fucking kidding me ? over 150 is hypertension you fuck
Stupid fucking n00b
Hypertension means high blood pressure. This generally means:
* Systolic blood pressure is consistently over 140 (systolic is the "top" number of your blood pressure measurement, which represents the pressure generated when the heart beats)
* Diastolic blood pressure is consistently over 90 (diastolic is the "bottom" number of your blood pressure measurement, which represents the pressure in the vessels when the heart is at rest)
6 minutes 12 seconds
My resting pulse is 97 bpm
blood pressure 150/80
