I can't go slow enough to keep it around 130, which is the supposed "fat burning" range. I have to very slowly trudge, and even still, it's at least mid 150s to high 160s. Up the resistance? Won't that also raise BP? Maybe I should get a real BP monitor rather than the ones built into the handles of the elliptical? The main reason I use the elliptical is because my lower back bothers me running.
