Not counting other chest crap I do. 135x10 185x10 225x5 235x5 245x5 265x5 275x1 285x1 295x1 (I think i had 10lbs left but I had no one trust worthy of a spot) 225x10 225x8 So basically I like to keep my volume of bench press up rather than putting in other supplemental movements. I've been doing that for squat and dead also and have been seeing gains. So I do a 5x5 and where my 5rm would be I turn to singles and then to singles for a near max. Then drop the weight back down for more volume. Am I gay?
