About 60-90m lifting + 20m cardio here...
i know a c. jackson...was an RA at USF
about 80-90 mins
not enough to reach swoleability
depending on the day and how busy the gym is, 50-70 mins.
On a heavy squat day it can last 2-3 hourse depending on the number of people using the monolift, how many times we have to change weights and what sort of gear people are wearing.
But for the most part I am done in less then an hour and 15 minutes.
1- 1/2 hrs lifting.. 20 min cardio.
5 Mins every hour, I'm on the GlassUser routine
that is what i do, but my cardio is usually swimming some time later during the day
no more than an hour 15-30 mins
usually under an hour, but if we have a big group and are geared up it can go up to 2
45 minutes + 25 for cardio
45 minutes lift, 15 minutes cardio
anyone ever see the movie "The life of 1900?" im like that guy but with the gym instead of a cruise ship.
