20-25 mins for me
a few years
realistic response: a week
2-3 sets probably.
Or could do 10 sets of 5 pretty easily with 30 sec rest between sets. So in under 10 min.
i'd say 15 min for me.
20 or so sets. I just started doing them. Went from 1 to 3 in a week
I could prob do it in 6 sets.
Congratulations... that's great.
Been training someone who could barely do 1 using the bands (Thanks Ceaze). Now he's up to sets of 4 with the bands.
I did 200 last month in 1 hour. While a little tiring it was more brain numbing. I think 5 reps each each minute for an entire hour might also be feasible...which would total 300. Might try that later this month for shits and giggles.
Hey timber, whats the most pull ups you can do in one set?
More than 20 with pretty impeccable form but can do high 20's low 30's loosely. Lately I've been anti taking any single sets to exhaustion or failure. So that number may have regressed a little.
damn thats bad ass.
5 sets of 8 so about 10min or less
could i jump into them?
why are people doing so many pull ups again? I do 3 sets of 10 on my back day I havent been able to get all on the third set yet though unless It's the first back work I do for the day.
2-3 sets off season, 1-2 sets competing
