    Ours are one hour sessions.

Usually a warm up - workout - and stretch down.

For me it depends on what body part and how many people

Some days its just my girlfriend and I. That takes usually 1 hour to do weights followed by an hour of cardio right after or an hour of cardio later on.

There is some days i have 3 other dudes with me and they are obsessed with abs and want to do 1hour on abs before even doing the weights.

If im alone 45min to an hour with some good pre workout. If im on no pre workout and tired as hell from working out to hard the day before it lasts 10 min and im like F this im going home lol

45 min max, never longer if doing weights. But sometimes I just go to the gym and do treadmill, bike, watch girls, stretch, sauna and talk with people, then it takes like 2-3 hours.

I'm usually at the gym for about 2-3 hours, here lately. It really depends on if I'm just doing a wod or lifting and a wod or lifting and a wod and a post-workout romwod session.

I try to keep it around an hour every time I'm at the gym, but sometimes I leave after 30 minutes of more intense work out.
