About an hour and 10 to an hour and a half
1hr - 1hr 25 min without my phone..2hrs when I bring it.
a lot of which is taking huge long rests for my heavy squats because i'm a bitch
1-1.5 hours. 1 hour is just not enough considering 15-20 minutes are spent on warming up.
Hour to hour and a half.
some very funny answers on here: mine are usually about 70-90 minutes: mix of cardio & strength, abs every day usually, try to balance it out; for fitness not weight loss & want more muscle definition but like cardio better than weights
