So since Jan 15th I have lost 16 pounds. I am 6'4 and was 240 I am now 6'4 and 224. My "healthy weight" is 209 pounds. The thing is I have broad shoulders so I have a pretty wide back, I'm also a genetically big guy (not big as in fat just the way I am built). Now because of this I am scared to get too thin, not saying that I am thin right now or anything I still have another 15 lbs to loose. What are your suggestions for getting to a certain weight and then starting to bulk? What do you guys think? Ps: Reading the stickies helped me loose 15 pounds! I can actually properly do pull ups and push ups properly more than 10 times and be tired!
