3500 = 1 lb of fat
why does it even matter?
I seriously doubt it does, you guys are trying to get too scientific in all of this shit
Because i want to know how much to cut back on food and work out so i can lose weight
eh you will almost never find your maintenance level in your life, it varies day to day
