I'm currently 155 pounds, my basal is 1,800 (23 years old, moderate activity during the day) I do about 45 minutes to 1 hour (sometimes 1.5 hours) of cardio (160 bpm) 6 days a week. im probably going to do a 30 30 40 pfc split with protein being 1.2 g x 155. my bf% is around 10-11% estimate. i want to bulk to hit 160-165 as cleanly as possible with gaining minimal bf. i was told 3,000 - 3,500 cals? does this sound correct?
