How many per set, how many sets? Morning or night, or both?
I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches; I can do a thousand now.
Decline situps>crunches but i still do 100 here 100 there every once in a while
Gets the puffyness out of your eyes.
Decline medicine ball throws > decline situps
And I don't really do crunches. But whenever I do, atleast 40 or 50. I just never really feel sore from crunches, whereas I do with the DMBT's. Yes I just created that acronymn. You can't have it.
