i probably get about 7 on average. i really try to get 8 but it's hard.
6.5 - 7 hours on a good night.
Bed by 11, up at 5, so it depends on when I actually go to bed. 6-7 most nights, 8 if I'm really tired.
8-9 I dont give a fuck. I work 10 hours a day, then hit the gym. If that leaves me no time for anything else, oh well. I gotta do what I gotta do. If its an off day Ill sleep 8, but if I trained, 9, or at least I try to.
agreed... i'm gonna start trying to get at least 7 from now on
7-8 on average...i've not been able to sleep more lately
Shoot for 9, but usually get around 8.
8+ usually 10-12
6-7 hours on a school night
7-10 on weekends
i get 8 hours every night. Its a must.
Not enough.. i have 2 kiddos both under the age of 2.. on sundays though the husband lets me sleep in..
Five to Six hours, it's really starting to kill me.
~4 hours for 6 years of my life. Now I'm at around 6. On the weekend? 12.
I really feel like I need 8 to be fully functional, and I've only been able to get 4 hours the past two nights
Usually 6 hours and a 1 hour nap sometime during hte day (usually during work )
5-7, and friday nights i get about 12.
6-8 and sometimes i pass out at my desk at work for about 10 minutes or something.
when i was on the ECY stack, i only got 5-6 hours nightly. But ever since i got off that shet, im averaging 6-7
4-5 max, which is not enough!!
6-8 on weekdays, 5-6 on weekends. I've been sick for the past week and a half because of it, been sleeping 8hours at night + 2 hours during the day for the past half week and am recovering.
