Wearing an 84lb weight vest for 12hrs a day, was thinking prob like 300 extra calories a day?

Depends on your bodyweight, level of fitness, resting heart rate, any other layers of clothing on top or under the vest, what activities are you involved in while wearing the vest, and the alignment of the moon in relation to aquarius.
So technically, "5" is as good a guess as "300" with the few details that are given in the original post.
I guess the best estimate is to add the 84 lbs to your bodyweight and use the calculator
That puts it around 500extra calories a day. But it would be 12hrs on my feet moving around all day. Starting weight is 190lb.

I'd say those calculators are dealing more with the metabolic needs of the extra tissue than the cost of carrying it around all day.

Obviously, he is thinking about wearing an 84lb weight vest to burn extra calories, but has no idea how many calories it would burn. Thus he turned to OTFN looking for someone with more knowledge on the matter than him. Seems like a logical course of action to me.
granted, .A. his initial post was lacking pertinent information, and .B. its probably a question that none of us can accurately answer. Still, asking FN's opinion is exactly what i woulda done.

i probably will never use E/C again, just y/c. i never talked to myself until i used e/c twice a day for 6months. And the erection problems are no fun

I had considered doing an e/c stack next time i cut. can u go into more depth on the reasons you wouldnt do it again, please?

prolly around 13%. y works wonders for me, cutting/bulking.
heart palps started scaring me, had em for a while even after getting off of it. and E makes your dick. im not the only person whos noticed, ask patty

I would ballpark it to a huge figure. I mean, at 190lbs, you are carrying around almost half your bodyweight in a weightsuit, for 12 hours? This shit is madness. I'm assuming this is some army equipment?
I'd think the amount of extra calories you're going to burn is entirely dependent on what you do while wearing the vest. If you're wearing it while just sitting around, I doubt you'll see much of a difference besides maybe some back pain. Not sure why you would wear an 84 lb vest if you're 190 lbs unless you're already at a high level of strength and fitness though. That's a shitload of extra weight.
