So I'm wondering if maybe I should start doing a little bit of cardio. I fucking hate it, but I was maybe thinking of adding 15mins to the end of my workouts 3x a week. I get winded fairly easy and it's getting to be pretty annoying so I guess you could say this is my main motivation for wanting to add it in. However, will 15mins make a huge difference in my bulking efforts? Should I add more time or lower the time? Also, will adding cardio make any difference in the quality of muscle I put on?
