I started doing this a few months ago and I've much more results than when I went sober.

I like to blaze at night instead of drinking, zero calories. Gotta relax somehow.
I wouldn't enjoy lifting while high though.

occasional pain killer pretraining when I was 300lbs and using retard band tension. havent done anything like that in years.
Yeah, eating a weed brownie and feeling nothing, then 3 hours later high out of my mind all of a sudden midway thru my workout. FAIL

meh, dont rely on it..its a treat here and there. Its fun before a superset arm day though, but for big lifts I try to be focused as possible. Besides if im after like 2 or 3 of my sets I forget I even blazed because the pumps insta sober me. Its way better for after, if ever.
sometimes i get high before lifting...it mostly helps when im kinda tired like when i work out at night after a day's work. it does increase my focus and intensity sometimes, whereas other times i feel slow and sluggish...so ultimately its still up to me to work hard, not the pot
I used to find that getting high + taking a 5mg adderall (was my RX) would make me find beast mode while playing ultimate frisbee, but I'm sure that it also put some wear and tear on my heart
I've smoked recently before runs/workouts and haven't seen a huge improvement. then again , I don't work out at a gym so being in my home environment while high means that I'll put off doing a workout because I'd rather play video games or something similar
