in 2004 everyone on this board was doing it
I researched it extensively. I would really try to stay away from it. Only use it as a last resort to drop down that BF%. This stuff is nothing to mess with unless you are very experienced in weightlifting. This is no ECA stack where you can just pop it like its nothing. This stuff can be very dangerous if you don't know what your doing. You will feel like shit while your on it. I highly advise you to look at other options before considering this. If you do decide to do this then be smart about it and listen to your body.

DNP is quite effective. Though the limits on activity and appetite issues that go along with it tend to diminish its worth. If you dont like to do much and are pretty good at appetite control its something worth looking into.
with good calorie restriction and training and some decent metabolic stims/modifiers (EC, thermorexin, EGCG, etc) you can get similar results (perhaps a bit slower and you do need to be more concerned with muscle catabolism)
