Im about to get one, what are some nice shakes yall make?
frozen fruit + ice + juice + protein powder
This is my typical post workout shake...
Crushed Ice, CEE, Scoop of WPI (watermelon), banana, peaches (I'll throw in pineapple, honeydew, watermelon, etc if I have it...) some ruby red tangerine juice (too thick otherwise) and CarboGain...
This is what I drink in the morning, and as soon as I get home from work...
1-2 Scoops of Chocolate ON
16oz of 1% Milk
Natty Peanut Butter
i used to but got annoyed at having to clean it out everyday
Starwberrys + Banana + Strawberry Banana Yogurt + Starwberry Whey + Skim Milk
