Pasteurized egg whites.
isn't that kinda..dangerous?
Well, I am not actually sure anymore. My dad, who is 56, put 2 eggs in his protein shakes 30 years ago. At that time it was considered dangerous. I am little leery of doing it. I mean, I eat the hell out of raw cookie dough, so what is the difference?
I have heard that the pasteurized eggs are your best bet.
Putting raw eggs in a shake is fucking dumb because you're not even getting all the protein out of it that you would if you cooked it.
