o yea it ould be good to also say if ur on creatine or not
no creatine, depends on working out or not.
Why would it be good to say if you're on creatine?
Lately its been about 48, for some reason once I leave work I don't drink any.
I hate water, I don't drink it at all.
I try to get half my body weight.....so about 90oz
it probably ends up more than that...with a coffee in the morning and protein shakes...its more like 110-120.
I go for a gallon. 128oz.
12 grams of creatine mono and 128 ounces of water a day
when no creatine i drink 96 ounces a day
fuck i'm sick of hearing about you drinking a gallon of milk a day
60 throughout the day, then i'd guess 20-40 more when i work out
gee, i wonder how many calories are in a gallon of milk

as long as you're hitting all the muscle groups, once a week is fine.

do some research, hes on the pepsi and poptart diet - as long as you lift once a week, you can make some huge gains. Look at Bateman - thats what he started with
