Before I went on dorm food I did not find it hard to get the amount of protein I needed. I usually didn't even need to drink a protein shake because I was eating so much meat. but now since I don't have much of a choice what I eat it's hard to get all that protein. Since I weigh about 165 I need about 240 grams of Protein to bulk (that's about 1.5x my body weight). Each serving of a shake is 22g of Protein. it seems crazy to have 8 servings in one day, but if I'm not getting much protein from other sources, is there anythign wrong with it?
