I desided to dick around a little at the gym and benched 250 for 8.
Well, over the summer when I about 195 I could bench that about 20 times.
Never tried, I'm about 40lbs away
A fucking ton. Being 150 lbs helps.
I think the last time I tried it I did like 25 or 28.
never tried...but lately i've been getting 225 x 10 ,probably could do 12 if i was going to failure. So maybe 185 x 20 - 25 or so?
I can bench it about 10 times
I can only like 110% of my body weight
I dunno, when I was 160 I could do 135 for like 28-35
roughly a year ago. Haven't done anything like that in awhile.
EDIT: 25-28 not the other way around
Never done it to failure. But i would say i could get 185x20 or so. hmm, ill have to try that next time.
since when do you weigh 170?
When I weighed 285 I could do it for 10 pretty easily, now at 305 uh...I dunno, I havn't really gone above 5 reps with that lately.
i do 185 x 10-12 for my second set. i weigh about 176 now. so maybe i can rep my own weight 20 times roughly?
Zero. I might be able to squeeze out one rep, but I don't know for sure...
prob around 18-20

i bench 180
Never tried, because its probably somewhere over 30 reps. For measure though, my weight is around 213lbs and I am maxing out over 400lbs. I usually warm up with 225 which is higher than my body weight and easily do that 15+ times.
I dunno... I'm 1RM at 440 now, I'm weighing about 272. last full reps at school were 315 for 5x5 with lots left in the tank.... prolly 10-12 reps

On dbs I 5x5 the 42kgs and I weigh around 81kgs
Translation 92lb dbs 5x5 and weight is around 178.
When going for max reps what would you work up to it with wrt % max and reps? Would one warm up set at around 50%bw x 12 reps be sufficient? Not after fact just opinion/experience.
