1-2 times weekly
heavy squats one day then light squats
Neither is I never I work out legs because they are huge from walking
Bill Star/Christophers routine.
word, i don't think my legs could handle any more
one "power squat day" with reps in the rang of 1-5 and one "oly squat day" with a close stance/ATG with reps in the range of 5-8
3, per the misnamed christophers routine.
i guess 2 times, if you consider DLs to be a leg workout.
Your poll really sucks man.. seriously. I'm not sure who'd answer 5 times a week or everyday.
Should have went like this:
a) Less than once a week
b) Once a week
c) Twice a week
d) Three times a week
e) More than three times a week
does that mean we're friends now?

One day... with a lot of hard work... possibly, you might be a big dude. I think you're over training legs though
