In addition to any drinks that contain caffeine, i.e. coffee; how much are you consuming throughout the day? I have 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then again at around 3pm. I was thinking about dropping the 3pm coffee rush and goign with just caffeine caps. This is strictly to give me a pick me up/boost and last until my workout around 5-6pm. Do you have any recommendations that I might be overlooking? Thoughts?
