In shakes, and in food.
.9 g / lb LBM seems to be the standard
I aim for 220-250g's a day at 172lbs
No idea...I just eat a lot of stuff and take a few shakes

2g a pound so about 400. protein shakes is about all i have.
about 200g at 140
I try for 1.5g/lb of bodyweight.
i don't really count it, i just eat lots and get a few shakes in
between 200-250 @203ish
A pretty good amount. Don't count it. I have propoably 30-55g per meal at 6-8 meals a day.

Then whatever breakfast lunch, dinner and snacks add up to.
how do u guys consume so little?
I find it hard NOT to consume over 400-500
we don't all eat 6000 calories per day
U should try it someday and U all can be SWOLE like ME
i try to keep it around 10-20 grams when I'm really hitting it hard.
I actually keep my protein in the negative balance, -.4 a day at least while cutting.
