I know the majority of protein should come from solid food when possible, but is there really a limit on the amount of protein one's body can actually process in one serving? What if I had a 4 scoop protein shake (as crazy as that sounds?) which would be approx 90 grams of whey protein. Would my body actually be able to assimilate it? Sorry if this question has been asked before guys, just trying to eliminate some uncertainty here.
