I'm 5'10, 152lbs Not a noob to working out but I've never been able to break 160lbs, over summer I was up to 158. Up until now I havent been counting my calories, i just started and now I realize I'm not eating nearly enough, on good days I get 2500 maybe 3000. What do you think I should be eating? I have pretty low BF% and could stand to gain some fat. The last couple days I've been struggling to break 4000 calories. But I bet if I got 5000+ everyday I could break 160lbs this month. My long term goal is to be 175/180 cut. Does that mean I should bulk to 190 and then cut?
