How many hours of sleep do u get per night? How do you think it affects you?
six if im lucky here. altought a couple nights a week i get nine plus. other nights i get 3-4. its mostly my own damn fault.. i feel like its really affecting me...im a shitbag. i need to unfuck myself.
on school nights, 7-8.
weekends, usually 8-9
School nights, 4-5
7 on average, 9+ if I'm sick, 5 on most weekends. I really notice a lower mood and general feeling-like-crap if I don't sleep enough.
7 usually, I feel like crap if I sleep over 7:30-8.
Not enough. I would sleep 16 hours a day if I could.
about 2 nights a week i'll get under 7, the rest about 9-10
It varies..I don't sleep a lot on school night but i'll make up for it with a 3hr nap during the day
On the weekends i'm at like 10hrs++
I always thought I didn't sleep enough but I'm convinced that my body doesn't need 8 hours. I don't get tired during the day and I'm not groggy in the morning.

I get about 7 hours of sleep per night
If i get any less then that, i feel like complete crap the entire day and usually have to take a nap when i get back from school
I need to adjust my schedule, but being a college student and partying doesn't help that at all
on average throughout the week, its 6 hours. I need to get more sleep
On school nights or nights when I wake up early for work the next morning = 4hrs.
When I dont have any reason to wake up early = 8-10hrs
9-12 hours daily
6 hours and I pumped, anymore than that and I'm tired throughout the day.
I feel like a dirtbag when I sleep 10+ hours on weekends.
5-6 on schoolnights, 8.5 to 15 on weekends
