I ate 3 cans of 350g of tuna today(watered, so im guessing 250g of pure tuna)
Is 750g too much?
I eat about 10 lbs of tuna a month, haven't had any issues.
I LOVE tuna, i love it more than chicken!
doesn't tuna have mercury in it..?
lets not go over this again.. do a search
If you're worried about the mercury content, buy chunk light tuna. It has about 1/3 of the mercury of normal tuna. Or so says the latest peice of info I read.
until your in a liquid state at room temperature.
I'd argue that the preservatives used when canning fish/meat are more detrimental to long-term health than the mercury (in the amount that can be found in tuna, anyway).
do you eat it with mayo
Any tuna is too much for me
Miracle Whip light + relish + chopped onion all on whole wheat.... good shit.
tuna with no mayo ftw
