how much water you drink during the work out?
enough to keep me hydrated
a normal size poland springs bottle. Just some days it gets drank a lot faster than others. Mainly deadlift day
Not that much, just when I'm thirsty, really. I drink a lot before and after though.
As much I can throughout the day.. during a lifting session i normally drink 3 normal sized water bottles of water maybe more
1 quart per hour
i hit up the fountain after every set
2-3 bottles, lol
6-8 bottles a day
3 come from working out... I just use them plain Arrowhead .5L bottles.
1 1/2 - 2
Between 1 and 2 gallons a day.
im one of those badasses that take a whole gallon
a 1 litre bottle.
16 fl oz with 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of BCAA.
U like it thick huh?
just a sip or two.
Same here, also gives your muscles a chance to rest a little.
