I'm currently at 5'9, 155. I'm eating huge meals in single sittings, snacking, and my protein shakes are made with fruit and ice cream and milk that stack up to be about 1200 calories per shake. I'd say I'm taking in about 3500 or so calories per day and trying to up it a bit. I've put on about 2 pounds in the last week or so. Should I be putting on more? Less? I'm trying to bulk pretty cleanly, I'm still staying away from Big Macs and the like.
