will your body weight change every day? i check mine once a week.
once every 2 months
Every saturday morning after i take a massive shit
I do it every once in a while when I'm at the grocery store.
Your body will change weight during the day, even - depending on how much you've eaten, whether you've been to the toilet etc.
To measure if you're losing/gaining, you should aim for a set sort of time - i.e. when you get up - to weigh yourself.
Once a week is usually good enough to show any changes but if once a day doesn't kill your spirit, there's no real reason why you can't weigh yourself more often. Just bear in mind that unless you're well overweight and undercutting by a truckload or visa versa, you probably won't make gains or losses that show really obviously on a day by day basis...
whenever i go to Publix
used to everyday, now just on fridays
once a year
I check it every 2-3 days just out of habit.
about every time i walk by my scale.. bad habbit from when i wrestled.
morning, night, 7x / week with a detailed log
everytime im in the bathroom, its bad habbit.
those scales are so innacurate and have been beat to shit to the point where there is like a 15 pound margin of error.
every 2-4 days, just to make sure im not getting heavy.
Usually after I work out on my way out, old habits.
every night before i go to sleep, after i take a shit.
Fridays when I wake up.
I registered for a scale. I use the one at Publix too.
routinely every Monday, and sometimes during the week when I get paranoid about not eating enough..
once a week or so for actual progress. sometimes after drinking a ton of water and before/after i piss for shits and giggles.
Weigh myself 4 or 5 days per week. But I know usually Sundays I'm at my lightest and thursday or friday at my heaviest.
every morning at about 5, right when I get in the gym
Every time i go to the gym. I'm glad i don't have a scale cus i would prob weigh my self all of the time.
