right now on work out days ive been taking 3/4 scoop of whey before work out, and then 1.75 scoops after workout. every night i take a scoop of casein. on non work out days i take 1 scoop whey sometime around lunch time, another scoop sometiem before dinner, and then the casein before bed. should i change this? i was thinking on non work out days 1 scoop casein in morning, 1 scoop whey durign the day, then 1 scoop casein at night. should i add a scoop of casein in the morning during workout days as well? that would be almost 4 scoops of protein on my workout days...each scoop is 24 g.
