I am in the process of building a computer. I have the motherboard and am in the process of recieving some other items.

My question is: how soon can I start to put it together? Can I start putting stuff in as I go or should I wait until I have everything?

    Thanks guys.

safest to keep everything in the boxes till you get everything you need. Doesn't really matter when you install everything if you at least have the mother board.

I usually like to do some of the work outside of the case when I am building just because there isn't the space constraint like there is when the motherboard is already mounted. For this reason I like to wait until I have most of the pieces (cpu, fan, RAM, motherboard) before I get started. If you already have all of that and the case, then there is no reason in my opinion that you couldn't get started now.
