I'm just starting to get all this protein stuff down, and I didn't want to wait for my 1fast400 order, so I bought a big tub of mega whey from GNC. Even with this thing, a shake is only like 40 g of protein. Did I just buy the wrong thing? Is there something out there with shitload of protein per servering? I read the faqs and couldn't find anything on what is the best way to get all that protein in you. Help? However, I do feel small gains since starting with the whey.
