hmm... i guess this is why i shouldn't juice?
i know i'm going for a bit of stretch here, but do you think my body naturally has the ability to pack on more muscle right now (bc of my age and hormone levels)?
if so... wtf am i doing eating clean? shouldn't i have a nastily dirty breakfast, and then eat super clean thereafter?
no...keep the diet clean...
it's called angles/lighting/perspective/etc....
he's lean and has a solid base to work with but not big at all...
i recently started incorporating rasin bran into my breakfast, along with nonfat yogurt with some granola that has some sguar in it.
i look at rasin bran as dirty cause of the sugar, HFCS, enriched wheat flour etc... however, now that i've started doing this, i've noticed i have more energy in the gym and am a little stronger.
when i hear clean, i think of nothing but meats, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, oatmeal, and ezekiel bread.
i even look at whole wheat bread as not clean.. it's got added sugar, 1g fiber and hfcs.. i mean wtf?
evh watched some David DeAngelo and now is a master with women
that dude has some great philosophies
