GUN How to obtain a CWP in the state of Virginia v. website ?

does anyone know of a good website that has information as to how you do this, EXACTLY?

I have the paperwork filled out, along with my certificate of competency. I read somewhere that i need 3 copies of my application along with 2 copies of my certificate or something like that. any help would be appreciated, I'm turning all this in tomorrow and the VA state troopers website isn't helping much.
